Moon
Sam Rockwell delivers a completely tour de force performance in Moon, a film about a man who’s job it is to extract energy from the dark side of the moon. He is completely isolated and alone in space, with only the company of a robot, which was surprisingly voiced by Kevin Spacey, when another man who says he is a clone of him joins him. This mind bending sci-fi drama kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time and was unlike anything I have ever seen before. Sam Rockwell’s evolution of a character that is going completely insane is astoundingly well developed and will have you feeling his pain through the film. I hope that everyone sees this indie genius, but unfortunately, great indies like this will never get the buzz of some Jennifer Aniston movie. My review: A
